drawers or file cabinets
when not actively using the
information.
Shredding papers once done
with them. DO NOT throw
papers in recycling or trash
without shredding!
Erasing all information from
whiteboards thoroughly. Even
a bad eraser can leave
behind internal information
not intended to be seen by
the next person using the
space after your meeting.
Closing your desk calendar
or daily planner. Don't give
prying eyes an opportunity
to see when you may be away
and allow them time to
snoop.
